Regarding the risk of the flu A pandemic

we inform you that Ugitech has set up  a plan of actions to face it.

• A communication campaign has been organized in order to remind all the employees of the measures of hygiene and the attitudes to be adopted in various situations.
• The supply of material and equipments of protection for the staff and visitors is in progress (surgical masks, hydro alcoholic solutions, disinfecting wipes,...)
• The cleaning of our premises is also concerned by a reinforcement of measures to slow down the contagion in the best way, in case of pandemic.
• A specific team has elaborated a Plan of Continuity. This unit consists of a representative of each function in the Company. We examined the “key jobs” concerning our activities of production and supports and we have organized the versatility between colleagues, work from home and the minimum functioning in order to maintain the level of our service.
  We plan  advances of production and an increase of the flexibility in the most vulnerable sectors to compensate for an important level of absence in the case of pandemic.

Every visitor, on arrival, will be informed about the current hygiene rules in our establishments.
